Herbicide Usage

Open pollinated is not roundup safe!

Open pollinated can be sprayed with most conventional herbicides. Many herbicides are listed for sweet corn these are also safe on open pollinated. I personally like Laudis with a 1lb rate of atrazine. Callisto products are also very good. Do not use roundup or pre mix products containing glyphosphate. Be very cautious of using 24d in any form as it is sprayed it does stress the plant. Callisto and Laudis are very safe as well as economical. Check with your local dealer for pricing and availability.
